Verify candidate qualification and experience – we operate a thorough screening process for both academic qualifications and vocational experience.  This ensures the candidates sent for review match your organizations needs analysis

Discuss candidate appraisal – we provide you with an honest appraisal on each candidate.  This includes our recommendation on the candidate we feel is the best fit.  This is a consultative process and together we will discuss and agree on a final shortlist of candidates for interview

Management of interview and offer process - once selected for interview we will agree an interview process with your organization and communicate this with the shortlisted candidates.  Post interview we will undertake a debrief review to establish the successful candidate and work closely with you to agree a suitable remuneration offer and present it to the successful candidate. Throughout the notice period, we will be in touch with the candidate on a weekly basis to ensure a smooth transition.
